Our task was to design and build a scalable digital ecosystem that would change how the pharmaceutical industry accesses and delivers training.

To deliver this we designed and built OHLUS AI; A custom built AI assistant offering on demand, interactive support for learners. Ohlus AI helps users access regulatory and clinical information in real time, enhancing retention and confidence.

“Shorties” Micro-Learning; Bitesize, high impact CPD content designed for on the go learning — perfect for busy healthcare professionals.

Community Features; A social learning environment where users can engage with each other and with pharmaceutical partners, deepening learning through shared experiences.

The website, iOS and Android Apps give pharmacists, pharmacy interns, pharmacy assistants and students practical training that fits into their daily workflow, not around it. And was designed with scale in mind for the world’s leading biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies.

• UI/UX DESIGN
  Designed user-centric, seamless interfaces for fast paced professionals and scalable B2B environments using Figma for all design flows and prototyping. Collective design workshops between our Alkye team and the LRNRX team enabled fast delivery. A/B testing, combined with user feedback from pharmacists looking to upskill, and pharmaceutical companies looking to optimise their content learning creation further drove product iteration. 
• WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
  Built a responsive, SEO friendly React frontend powered by a Django (Python) backend for secure and scalable operations.
• NATIVE MOBILE APPS
  Developed fully native iOS and Android apps to deliver the core LRNRX experience across devices, allowing users to learn anywhere, anytime, on any device. 
• PARTNER PORTAL
  Created a custom B2B partner portal for pharmaceutical companies to manage team learning and engagement, track CPD point requirement completions, and distribute internal training materials. The partner portal enables companies to ensure their teams are empowered, whilst ensuring all regulatory training and compliance is achieved on time. 
• VIDEO PRODUCTION & EDITING
  Produced and edited high quality educational content including “Shorties” — bitesize, CPD accredited modules optimised for mobile learning.
• SEO & ASO STRATEGY
  Executed targeted keyword research for both SEO and ASO to optimise visibility across search engines and app stores.
• GRAPHIC DESIGN
  Designed App Store and Google Play assets, aligning brand identity with platform guidelines.
• SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
  Created on brand content to fuel LRNRX’s digital presence and community growth.
